1956 FORD FAIRLANE VICTORIA RESTOMOD
This 1956 Ford Fairlane Victoria Restomod presents a unique blend of classic styling and custom enhancements. Finished in a two-tone red and white, this Restomod retains its factory-installed power steering, four-way power seat, heater/defroster, air conditioning, windshield washers, backup lights, and dual exhaust. The car maintains its original window, side, and top trim, grill and glass.
MODIFICATIONS AND CUSTOMIZATIONS (1988 - 1990)
INTERIOR: S&W gauges, custom interior featuring a center console with an integrated stereo cassette player, dark red rolled and pleated naugahyde upholstery with black welting and trim, including top door moldings and padded dash cover, white headliner and plush carpeting, seat belts, day/night mirror
EXTERIOR: Body paint (white over red laquer), white vinyl padded top, automatic trunk, lowered front end, early 60's Buick hubcaps, echo cans, dual mirrors, dual antennas, sedan rear bumper (no exhaust ports), modified tail lights.
DRIVETRAIN AND MECHANICAL: Power comes from a 350ci Chevrolet V8 crate engine (part #10067353) with Edelbrock cam, intake manifold, and carburetor installed in 1988. This is paired with a Turbo 350 automatic transmission with shift kit and stock differential. The drivetrain has approximately 2,000 miles since the rebuild. Front brakes were updated to a disc system. A GM A/C compressor was mated to the original Ford system. In April 2025, the vehicle received several mechanical updates: installation of a new 16" thermostatic engine cooling fan, radiator, water pump, belts and hoses, filter, front and rear shocks, and Toyo blackwall tires.
